WIPP's Coffee Hour with ZEF
On September 13, approximately 20 CIPA fellows attended a coffee hour hosted by WIPP to meet with the founders of the Zimbabwe Education Fund (ZEF). Christian Karega and Tanneasha Gordon (a CIPA alum) discussed the founding of their organization and provided practical advice to fellows looking to start-up their own non-profits both in the United States as well as abroad. Additionally, WIPP is exploring a potential service partnership with ZEF. Stay tuned for more information, or to learn more about how to get involved with ZEF, contact Margaret Heveron (meh75@cornell.edu) or Perla Parra (pep47@cornell.edu).
